Complaints and Notifications Procedure

You can make a complaint to me where you believe I have not met the standards I set myself in my 6 protocols and 12 commandments of good practice guidance, where this concerns my provision or receipt of the goods and services with which I’m associated.

Complaints Procedure

When I receive your complaint I will identify, if you have not clearly stated, the aspects of my good practice guidance to which the aspects of your complaint concerns.
Following this, I will identify whether any aspect of your complaint involves a breach of the other rules or procedures governing the relationships between myself, you and others.
